YOGA AND MEDITATION PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES
COVERAGE Participant will learn
METHODOLOGY Primarily practice. Demonstration then action. Short discussions to clarify doubts and sharing rounds.
REQUIREMENTS A large space and floor mats for each participant. DURATION One session of 45 to 60 minutes per day, five days a week for
atleast a month.
